Terms & Conditions

By using this site, you are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1. You warrant that you are the actual owner of the image or you have obtained permission from the image’s owner to use the image on the Photo Block. Photo-Block.com may require evidence of the image owner’s consent or of your ownership of the image.
2. You agree not to submit any picture which does not follow the Image Criteria.
3. Photo-Block.com reserves the right to not accept or use any image you submit.
4. Payment. We accept purchases made with either Visa or Mastercard. All charges are made in New Zealand dollars - use our free currency converter to work out the value in your home currency.
5. Credit card confidentiality. Confidentiality is assured. We do not pass your data on to other people. Eden Ripley and Photo-block.com are hosted on a secure server. This means that private information such as your credit card details and delivery address is protected during the checkout process.
6. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Eden Ripley Ltd.
7. Cropping Tolerance. Photo-block.com will crop your image as closely as possible to what you have selected using the cropping guide but reserve the right to use a 5mm tolerance.
8. You shall indemnify Photo-Block.com against any claims arising or loss suffered by Photo-Block.com as a result of the image being used on your photo block or Photo-Block.com storing, modifying, copying or using the image.
9. Photo-Block.com’s liability in respect of the Photo Block service is limited to refunding the Photo Block printing fee. Photo-Block.com is not responsible for poor quality images on Photo Blocks.
10. These Terms and Conditions may be varied by Photo-Block.com at any time by giving 14 days notice of such changes by notices on our website.
